Impact of Pt embedded nanocrystals on the resistive switching and synaptic properties of titanium based oxides

     

The facilities provided by INNOVATION-EL were used for improving the resistive switching and long-term plasticity properties of TiO2-x multilayers by incorporating Pt nanoparticles.

The study – published in Journal of Applied Physics 2019, 126, 044501; https://doi.org/10.1063/1.5094242carried out by scientists at the National Technical University of Athens – Department of Applied Physics, was supported by the infrastructure of INNOVATION-EL.

The facilities of INNOVATION-EL are available to potential academic and industrial users through the platform.
